In the age of social media, people can connect with countless others effortlessly—smoothly and seamlessly, with a single touch of a fingertip. However, behind this frictionless interface, genuine understanding rarely exists. We do not truly know the people we are connected to. Instead, we form connections based on fragmented impressions, assumptions, and convenient projections of empathy. This poster visualizes contemporary communication as an organic yet distorted network, where connections appear intimate and fluid, but are shaped by misaligned perceptions rather than real human relationships.
